High Tempo Hockey Camps is an all female hockey camp dedicated to developing female hockey players to their highest potential. From beginner to elite, we offer camps for all ages. Check us out and find the one for you!
In 2001, High Tempo Hockey Camps introduced the first ever All-Female Conditioning camp. In its tenth- annual year, High Tempo Hockey Camps continue to be leaders in the advancement of female hockey.
High Tempo Hockey Camp instructors are elite coaches and hockey players with years of knowledge and experience to share. A low instructor to player ratio ensures that each player receives individual attention while maintaining a fun and fast-paced learning environment.
High Tempo Hockey Camps focus on building and developing fundamental hockey skills in progressive drills and skill sessions. Each player will be challenged to progress her skills to the next level.

When battling for loose pucks in the defending zone, always be sure to stay on defensive side of puck. That is to stay between the puck and the net. As well, make sure you don't get beat back to the net. Doing these key things will help in defending your goal and prevent many scoring opportunities. |
