Off Ice Session
The off-ice sessions will focus on being active, learning new training tools to help develop player off the ice and having fun in cooperative games. We want our participants to make friends while at camp; this is one of the top reasons why girls play and stay in hockey. This portion of the camp is an opportunity for the players to interact and make memories to last them till next summer.
**Running shoes, water bottle and active wear are required
Time for a snack will be provided during the off-ice sessions (nut free please). Please pack appropriately.
