Atom Hockey School
The Atom Hockey School includes:
1hr of skating each day, which will include (but is not limited to) edge control, skating stride- forward and backward, turns, crossovers, and transition skating. The intention of these sessions is to improve players’ current technique to allow them to skate faster, more controlled and more efficiently.
Classroom (full day only) will include (but is not limited to) topics such as nutrition, sport psychology, team tactics, training tools/ techniques, equipment fitting. *Please note that participants will supply their own lunch*
Off Ice Sessions will include some physical training & skill development combined with teamwork, leadership and fun.
1.25hrs skills sessions, which will focus on the fundamentals- puck control, passing and shooting. Other individual tactics and team tactics will also be introduced. Time will be designated to game play as well.
Participants are supervised through the duration of the camp. Please provide your own lunch and snacks (we are nut free), and bring running shoes for off ice.

Atom Conditioning - ATOMCOND
High Tempo Conditioning Camps are meant to be just that, high tempo! This camp will be fast paced and is intended to improve players’ physical conditioning and individual tactics. This camp is demanding and intended for the player with playing experience, as minimal time will be spent on instruction or fundamental skills.
