High Tempo Conditioning Camps are meant to be just that, high tempo! These camps will be fast paced and are intended to improve players’ physical conditioning and individual tactics. This camp is demanding and minimal time will be spent on instruction.
These camps are age and skill level specific.
College Conditioning - COLL1 & COLL2
Is designed for players who have university or college playing experience and/or will be playing at this level next season.
AAA Bantam and Midget Conditioning - BMAAACOND
Designed for players with AAA playing experience that want to be challenged and pushed to achieve physical conditioning prior to the upcoming season/ tryout camp.
Bantam/ Midget Conditioning - BANMIDCOND1 and BANMIDCOND2
Designed for Bantam and Midget aged players who want to be challenged and improve their physical conditioning prior to the season. Ideal for players going into a tryout camp or those who want to start the season ahead of the others.
