Edmonton Goalie Schools
This program is designed around the fundamentals of goaltending.
Areas of focus include angles, stance, rebound control and agility. Participants
of this program recieve 1.5 hours of on-ice instruction each day.

Edmonton Defenseman Schools
This program is designed around the fundamentals for a defenseman. Areas of
focus include 1 vs 1 play, defensive zone positioning, making the first pass,
defending against offensive and defensive puck decisions. Participants of this
program recieve 1.5 hours of instruction each day, as well as 1 hr of Video
instruction each day encompassing the days video of themselves and NHL clips of
how professionals play defence.

Edmonton Hockey & Power Schools
Participants of this program receive 1 hour of power skating, 1.25 hrs
of off-ice instruction, and 1.5 hrs of on-ice skill development. This
program is designed to improve skating shooting, passing, pass receiving
and puck control for individual players. This program will improve balance,
agility, and acceleration in addition to improving the level of players
basic skill. Please ensure to bring a light lunch for your child to eat
between ice sessions. Please note: HP3 Camp is run from Monday to Friday. All
other camps run Sunday to Thursday.

and puck control will be the focus. Our High Tempo Drills are designed
to enhance on-ice awareness and skill development. There will be little

Edmonton Stickhandling School
Participants of this program receive 1.5 hrs of on-ice instruction for
5 consecutive days. This program is designed for the hockey player who
wishes to improve their stickhandling fundamentals. Our focus will be
on proper technique, dekes & fakes, attacking the triangle, puck control,
& use of all parts of the blade. Please note camp is run from Monday to Friday.

Edmonton Shooting School
This program is designed for the player who wants to improve their shooting and gain
the confidence they need to take their game to the next level. The instructors will
focus on proper shooting technique incorporating the wrist shot, slap shot, snap shot,
backhand shot, quick release, one timers, shooting for accuracy, and deflections.

Edmonton Tactics Schools
Participants of this program receive 1.5 hrs of on-ice tactic development.
This program is designed to improve the players knowledge of offensive and
defensive tactics. Tactics that will be focused on are; Cycling, offensive
attack, 1vs1 battles, 2vs1's, 1vs1's, defensive zone coverage, timing, walk-outs,
tips, quick release & one-timers, pinning, counter pinching, shot blocking, angling,
regroups, breakouts, etc. This camps is designed for the player that has a STRONG grasp
of the basic skills and more for the advanced hockey player.
Please note: Camp is run from Monday - Friday.

Edmonton Conditioning Camps
Participants of this program receive 1.5 hrs of on-ice instruction for
5 consecutive days. This program is designed for the elite hockey player
who wishes to focus on individual tactics such as 1 on 1 plays, gap control,
puck protection, net drives, and more. There is little emphasis on basic
skill development but this program does include skating drills that emphasize
physical conditioning. Our world famous "Around the World" drill will be incorporated on day 3. We look forward to seeing you on the ice. Please note: Camp is run from Sunday -
Thursday.
