High Tempo Hockey Camps have been very successful with their adult camps- as these become more popular each year. The sport is growing and adults want to play for obvious reasons.
Adult Introductory AD1-10
This camp is intended to give you the opportunity to get back on the ice again for another season. The majority of time will be spent in game play- small area and full ice. Although, the beginning of each session will focus on the development of fundamentals- skating, puck control, shooting and passing.
*This camp will be ideal in combination with the others.
Adult beginner camp AD2-10
This camp will focus more on skating and the fundamentals of hockey. And is intended for players who need some extra time getting comfortable with the game.
Adult Intermediate camp AD3-10
This camp will focus on the fundamentals along with the development of tactics. It is intended for those that have skating and/or playing experience.
